Hello Everyone;
Talk about being in some weird times in our lives. The stock market seems out of sorts, prices are skyrocketing at the pumps and food market. If there was ever a time to stay calm and centered it is now. When everything seems to be caving in on us we must stay centered to get through this time in our lives. Prayer and meditation can do it for you if you just give it chance. Everything in the outer world changes, everything . Everything in this world will come to an end. The one thing that remains constant is your inner self. The more you connect to that part of yourself the more you can free yourself of the outside bondage of the everyday world. Jesus says “to *be in the world but not of the world”. Stay connected through your meditation practice. “What does it profit a man to gain the whole world and loose his soul.” Make it a habit to connect with yourself and spirit everyday.

Meditation Retreat
I will be doing a wonderful Fall Retreat at Tanyard Hollow Retreat Center October 24-26th in Middle Tennessee. The Fall colors should be at their peak at this time. Please tell your friends The retreat is designed for beginners as well as long time mediators. (Retreats)

Meditation Talk; I will be giving a talk on meditation at Wild Oats on Tuesday October 7th at 7:00 p.m.
