JUNE NEWSLETTER 2018

Hello, Everyone,
Today we’re going to talk about who you are what makes you,YOU. A lot of who we think we are can be directly associated with our parent’s upbringing, schooling, society, authority figures, etc. We begin very early to create this “self” that we identify with from positive or negative reinforcement from the outside world. We are programmed much like a new computer: information in, information out.
Based on this set of standards, we learn often incorrectly a false foundation of self-perception.

However, as we progress in personal growth and maturity, a lot of those ideas may not seem to fit, or at least may merit re-consideration. The world keeps changing; our perception changes as we acquire new insight and knowledge of our world. We gain awareness, and begin to see things differently than perhaps our parents did…

We need to let go of a lot of old patterns and beliefs that do not serve us anymore and thoughts that are holding us back. A good gardener knows that, at times,he must prune the bush so that new growth is encouraged.

Things are changing very fast these days; there is no more fence-sitting in dealing with the things that are holding you back. This may occur in relationships, security, health, feelings, and emotions.

The universe is here to support you in moving forward. Yes, there may initially be rough times in making changes, but that will not last and you are creating an opportunity for something better to come into your life. What is it that you want to create in your life to be truly happy?

Stay centered with your meditation practice, stay focused within. That is what will get you through the difficult times. That is what will give you the insight, strength and courage to move forward and create what it is you want. Be the master of your being and reality.
Be Well
Daniel
