Hello Everyone,

Recently I watched a rerun of an old time favorite “It’s a Wonderful Life with Jimmy Stuart” If you have never seen it , check it out.
Have you ever really just sat with yourself and thought about what if I was never born. How would that affect all the people that I would have not connected with?
You might even say “well they could be a lot better off”. I doubt that is seriously is true.
Everyone’s life has meaning and purpose. Just being you. There is no one else in the whole universe that can be you. There are no two snowflakes that are exactly the same. You are an expression of life on this planet unique and special.

Things, uncertainties, being alone during this time of year can make us feel depressed. The hustle and bustle of trying to get everything done can play havoc and run us down and affect our health.
The time we have here is very short. Connect with your family and if alone connect with friends. Build a bond that supports us gets us through the difficult times and shares those joyous occasions that bring lasting memories. Make the best use of the time you do have with yourself, your friends and family. Don’t wait for something tragic to happen to bring this message home. Whether we are linked by blood, marriage, adoption, or affection, the holidays offer a variety of opportunities to celebrate the bond.
From my family to yours I wish you all the best Holiday Season yet.

Happy Holidays
Daniel

THOUGHTS FOR THE SEASON

“Call it a clan, call it a network, call it a tribe, call it a family. Whatever you call it, whoever you are, you need one” Jane Howard ,writer

“We cannot destroy kindred: Our chains stretch a little sometimes, but they never break” ~Marie de Rabutin-Chantal

“I learned that things don’t always turn out the way you think they should. And I’ve learned that there are things that go wrong that don’t get fixed or get put back together the way they were before. I’ve learned that some broken things stay broken and I’ve learned that you can get through bad times and keep looking for better ones, as long as you have people who love you .~ Jennifer Weiner

LIGHT THOUGHTS

“Wherever you go there you are. Your luggage is another story.

Breathe in Breathe out Breathe in Breathe out. Forget this and attaining Enlightenment will be the least of your problems.

There is no escaping karma. In a previous life, you never called, you never wrote, you never visited. And whose fault was that?

I think I found inner peace. My therapist told me a way to achieve inner peace was to finish things I started. Today I finished two bags of potato chips, a lemon pie, and a fifth of Jack Daniels and a small box of chocolate candy. I feel better already.
