Good Day,
Well that all depends on how we look at it. All the bananas have turned brown and I was not able to use them in my cereal this morning err… On the other hand, my Mom would say there perfect for banana bread. I received a card for my birthday the other day and inside was a beautiful handmade face mask. If it were any other previous year birthday, I’d be thinking what on earth is this person trying to tell me. bad breath, thought I was sick, doesn’t want to see my face.
It is all in the perception of the person viewing the object and they draw from it what they want to perceive. We are all being challenged right now due to the pandemic virus. We all have our own perceptions as to how it is affecting us on a day to day basis. I can’t do what I want. This thing is going to get me sooner or later. These kids are driving crazy. Let me out of here! The bills are piling up.
I hate change!
First take a deep breath, take one day at a time for that matter take one minute at a time. The only thing that you can control right now is you. Staying anchored in the moment makes you more resilient to external events you have control over. You freaking out is not going to help the children or you. Be the example, stay calm and they will remain calm.
Seeing this predicament with new eyes for resetting your goals for eating better, exercising, working in the garden, strengthening your daily practice of meditation with all its benefits. Create new opportunities for developing income. Re-evaluate your life. Would you ever have done that while being on auto-pilot for so long? Organize to be more efficient so when things get back to normal and they will, you will be better suited.
A bigger picture of what is happening right now is a global shift in consciousness. People caring about people, as this virus knows no boundaries, whether that may be countries, race, and religion, were all in the same boat dealing with it. Compassion, kindness, and empathy are showing their heads more than ever on this planet. People coming together to solve world problems, exchanging information, developing new technologies that will create a better world and helping each other solve its problems.
It shows which companies have a heart for the planet and for conscious responsibility for their employees and humanity. I feel there will things that in a few years we will look back and see how this period of time was needed to create a better world.
I am hoping that by the time this gets to you, things will have changed for the better to some degree.
For everything changes.
Be Safe
Be Well
